Khidmat - E - Khalq

This sacred journey was initiated by Arshad Salman, the visionary founder of Arsal Hub and the Arshad Salman Foundation (Khidmat-e-Khalq). Driven by a deep-rooted calling to serve humanity.

On March 15, 2023, a long-cherished vision took formal shape with the registration of the Arshad Salman Foundation—a moment that marked a profound milestone in a journey rooted in compassion, service, and responsibility toward humanity. This significant step symbolized not merely the establishment of an organization, but the realization of a purpose dedicated to uplifting those in need.

The driving force behind this noble endeavour, Arshad Salman, was deeply shaped by the values imparted by his father, Mohammed Siddiq Ahmed. These values emphasized respect for the laws of the Indian government while, more importantly, instilling a profound sense of humanity—especially toward the underprivileged, the vulnerable, and the forgotten sections of society. This moral foundation became the guiding light for the Foundation’s mission and vision.

The journey to establishing the NGO was marked by numerous challenges, from navigating complex legal procedures and documentation to mobilizing resources and building a trusted network of supporters. Despite these hurdles, driven by an unwavering commitment to service, the organization was successfully registered—laying a strong foundation for meaningful and lasting social impact.

Since its inception, the NGO has actively worked to uplift marginalized communities through a range of initiatives. These include educational programs for underprivileged children, essential support for vulnerable groups, and timely assistance during periods of crisis. Through its efforts, the organization continues to address critical social needs while fostering dignity, empowerment, and community solidarity.

Arshad Salman, along with his dedicated team, made a solemn vow to champion the cause of the youth and remain unwavering in their commitment to serving humanity through the continuous efforts of the Arshad Salman Foundation. Encircled by a supportive network of family and friends, including individuals like Rizwana Banu Siddiq, Lameez Fathima, Sadiya Banu, and others, the founder found solace in the steadfast support and encouragement of those closest to him.

Among the cherished allies of the foundation were names such as Hafsa Firdose, Khadeeja Taskeen, Husna Banu, and Atiya Nusrat, each contributing their unique strengths and perspectives to further the cause of kindness and compassion championed by the foundation. The list of supporters extended to include individuals like Naba Fathima, Nigar Fathima, Arshad Yasmeen, and Aaqifa Taskeen, whose unwavering dedication added a layer of strength to the foundation’s endeavours.

The roster of supporters and well-wishers encompassed a diverse range of individuals, from passionate volunteers to committed members, including Abdul Rehman, Sarwath, Ayesha, Afreen, Umeza, and even notable figures like Shahid Afridi, Abrar Huzaif ,Haseeb, Faisal, Salim, Salman, Mohammed Uvese, Shahbaz Ahmed Shariff, Fazal, Prathap, Sachin, Naveen, Harish, Albert, Riyaz, Nouman, Ishrath Banu, Humera, Arshiya, Umme Salma, Asma Firdose, Zara,  Mohammed Masood, Faheed, Azeem, Rehan, Kazim, Ghulam Adnan, Razain, Zain, Faiz and Mohammed Khizar Javeed (secretary).  

This network of support not only provided the foundation with the necessary resources and assistance but also served as a source of inspiration and motivation to continue the noble mission of the foundation.

As the foundation embarked on this journey of service and compassion, guided by the principles of equality, kindness, and generosity, it remained indebted to the countless supporters who believed in its mission and shared a common vision of a brighter, more inclusive future for all. Through unity, dedication, and a shared commitment to humanity, the Arshad Salman Foundation continued to inspire and uplift those in need, fostering a legacy of compassion and support that would endure for generations to come.
